  1. OMH sets up an American limited company for each property, based on the same state where the property is located.
  2. LLC is the owner of the property. OMH and members become its direct shareholders. All send the funds for the property acquisition.
  3. All members sign a shareholder agreement, OMH being the manager of the LLC
  4. LLC receives the rent from the tenant. It pays expenses and taxes in the USA.
  5. The rent received goes to the members once expenses and takes have been covered.

Shareholder agreement is based on a 5 years deal. 

The minimum ticket to become a shareholder is 20 000 EUR.

Minimum investment is 170 000 EUR in condominium.
