WE DEVELOPED “PLUG & RIDE” PLATFORM THAT MAKES DEVELOPMENT OF LIGHT ELECTRIC VEHICLES FAST AND EASY FOR MECHANICAL ENGINEERS (AND SOLD ~100 SETS)

- ”Plug & Ride” controllers (6F, 12F, 24F, ...) with wide range of tuning

- Lightweight brushless direct current motor (2,5 kW / 2,5 kg)

- Battery management system with a lot of protection and diagnostic features and fast charging algorithm

- Control panel with customizable displaying parameters and system tuning

- Open CAN-BUS protocol for third-party devices (lights, sounds, alarms, brakes, etc)

- One wire to connect everything


BUSINESS STRATEGY:

1) To become market leader in supplying globally developers and producers of Light Electric Vehicles with “Plug & Ride” electronics.

2) To become market leader in providing LEV sharing solutions globally (details will follow after NDA signing).

3) To become prominent market player with own lineup of Light Electric Vehicles (see eczo.bike’s business case later).



INVESTMENT NEEDS

• $60k for organizing mass-production of electronics sets, its certification and applying for international patents, first batch (300 sets) manufacturing

• $330k for organizing mass-production of eczo.bike kits, its certification and first batch (200 kits) manufacturing

• $50k for crowdfunding campaigns of eczo.bike and eczo.kicker

• $140k* for finishing development and certification of communication module, app and backend for sharing systems

• $200k for purchasing 100 TALIG’s or other scooters, its modernization with our platform (electric motors, controllers, batteries), certification and sale to EU’s distributor

• $25k for R&D and manufacturing of 10 kits for electrifying go-karts

• $120k for R&D of autonomous electric lawnmower (together with KB Aurora or other

AV developer)

• $75k overheads and unexpected costs
